
Gazprom Marketing & Trading (a subsidiary of the Gazprom group of companies) surveyed 400 full-time employed professionals across various business areas in the UK.
Their findings show that most people (60%) leave a job because they’re looking for fresh challenges, more significant career growth, and an opportunity to optimise their CV.
– 64% of the workers said they stay in a position for two or more years
– three-quarters of candidates stated a company’s reputation is essential when looking for a job
– 35% mentioned they accepted their current role because of the attractive salary
(with 22% noting it was for reasons of progression)
-17% said their fresh start was due to more positive workplace culture.
