Key Activities and Responsibilities:
• Deliver excellent customer service;
• Providing technical support during sales processes;
• Providing technical support on sites construction;
• Be responsible for the training of the client’s technical resources;
• Managing and receiving complaints (email, telephone, website, fax, WhatsApp/Wechat, etc.);
• Maintain store standards and ensure the companies guidelines are always followed.
The ideal candidate
Key Skills Required:
• Resident in China, preferably in Shanghai;
• Technical diploma or bachelor’s degree;
• Previous experience in sites constructions and preferably in the bathroom sector;
• Use of SAP / Claim-software and the Office package;
• Flexible to travel.
