About the company

We are currently recruiting for a Store Manager for an important client of ours based in Italy and specialized in kidswear (Target: Premium).

 

About the Job

Main activities and responsibilities:

  • sales generation;
  • customer service;
  • team management;
  • analysis and monitor of KPIs;
  • administration of the store: priority and performance;
  • manage operations and products;
  • manage merchandising / visual.

 

The ideal candidate

Key skills :

  • thrive in a rapidly demanding environment;
  • fashion-curious and capable of multi-tasking and prioritizing;
  • minimum of 2/3 years of Store Management retail experience in a premium environment;
  • experience managing teams and supporting their development;
  • excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills;
  • ability to analyze sales plans and reports;
  • fluent in Dutch.
