We are currently looking for a Store Manager based in Megève, France on behalf of our Client, an exclusively multi-brand connotation, presenting the collections of the most famous luxury brands.



About the Job

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Providing excellent customer service;
• Sales generation, working on the till and promoting the brand’s products;
• Reporting to the HQ, and ensuring the smooth running of the boutique;
• Develop your team;
• Administrating and managing operations of the store;
• Visual merchandising and keeping to the standards of the brand;

The ideal candidate

Key Skills Required:

The ideal candidate is proactive, energetic, reliable, self-motivated and has a strong set of communication skills; willing to thrive in a rapidly demanding environment, he/she is fashion curious and capable of multitasking.

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a premium environment;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills;
• Ability to prioritise work load;
• KPIs knowledge;
• English, French and any additional languages.
