About the company

We are currently looking for a Store Manager based in Munich, Germany on behalf of our Client: a contemporary footwear brand with HQ in Spain with a presence in 40 countries and more than 400 stores worldwide. A family business with a rich shoemaking heritage that is used to create unique designs.

About the Job

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for a pivotal store in Munich and its day to day retail operations. Achieve established KPIs in line with store budgets;
• Personnel management and Bank activities;
• Providing training to your team;
• Lead the team of maximum 6 persons, in an engaging and challenging way to provide excellent service;
• Visual merchandising;
• Responsible for health and safety issues within the store;

The ideal candidate

Key Skills Required:

• Store Management /experience in the Fashion sector;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Abilities to lead and direct a team;
• Passion for human relations and sales;
• Problem solving skills, curiosity and interest in Fashion / Footwear.
• German language required and any additional language is a plus.
