About the company

We are currently looking for a Store Manager on behalf of our client, a Premium Womenswear Fashion Brand, originating from Italy, continuously expanding and successfully opening new stores around the world: Frankfurt, Germany.

About the Job

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service: driving, maximizing sales and building customer loyalty;
• Maintain store standards and ensure the companies guidelines are always followed;
• Administrate and manage operations of the store;
• Visual Merchandising and keeping to the standards of the brand.
• Reporting to the company HQ.

The ideal candidate

Key Skills Required:

The ideal candidate She/He is proactive, energetic, reliable, self-motivated and has a strong set of communication skills, willing to thrive in a rapidly demanding environment.

• Minimum of 2 years of retail experience in a premium environment, at a managerial level;
• Excellent communication skills and team-orientation;
• Ability to prioritise work load;
• Work with traditional KPIs;
• English, German languages are necessary.
