Key Activities and Main Responsibilities:
- Greeting customers and welcoming them into the store;
- Providing excellent customer service to all customers;
- Sales generation, working on the till and promoting of the brand’s products;
- Reporting to the Store Manager, and ensuring the smooth running of the boutique;
- Visual merchandising and keeping to the standards of the brand;
- Assisting with stock management.
The ideal candidate
The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, self-motivated and has a strong set of communication skills, as well as team management skills; willing to thrive in a rapidly demanding environment, he/she is fashion curious and capable of multi-tasking.
Key Skills Required:
- Minimum of 1/2 years of retail experience in a premium environment;
- Experience working for Fashion Brands and fashion curious yourself;
- Excellent team working skills;
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal and follow-up skills;
- Ability to prioritise work load;
- Additional languages preferred.
