About the company

We are currently looking for a Sales Assistant in Dusseldorf, Germany on behalf of our International Leading client, an Italian Global Luxury Fashion brand.

About the Job

Key Activities and Responsabilities:

• Greeting customers and welcoming them into the store;
• Providing excellent customer service to all customers;
• Sales generation, working on the till and promoting of the brand’s products;
• Reporting to the Store Manager, and ensuring the smooth running of the boutique;
• Visual merchandising and keeping to the standards of the brand;
• Assisting with stock management.

The ideal candidate

Key Skills Required:

• Minimum of 1/2 years of retail experience in a premium environment;
• Experience working for Fashion Brands and fashion curious yourself;
• Excellent team working skills;
• Excellent customer service, interpersonal and follow-up skills;
• Ability to prioritise work load;
• Fluent in English and German, additional languages preferred.
