About the company

Pyou, the international identity of Lavoropiù SPA, an Italian recruiting company specialised in HR consulting, is looking for a motivated and enthusiatic Recruiter to join their UK Team in London.

About the Job

Main activities and responsabilities:

  • great communication skills and be able to deal with candidates and clients at all levels;
  • being responsible for the entire recruitment process: screening CV’s, scheduling interviews, shortlisting suitable candidates and preparing accurate profiles ready to be sent;
  • collaborate daily in an efficient way with the Business Developer, providing customer oriented support;
  • the right candidate will be also constantly in touch with the Team based in Italy reporting to the Italian Manager.


The ideal candidate

Key skills required:

  • have at least 1 year of expertise in Recruitment;
  • be fluent both in English and Italian (written and spoken);
  • being able to work in a Team as well as independently;
  • passionate about travelling;
  • target oriented;
  • self-motivated.

The offer

Initial Onboarding and Training will be provided in London by the Italian Manager.
