About the Job

Key Activities and Responsibilities:

• Supporting the activity of the Store Manager;
• Develop your team;
• Monitoring the store and the warehouse inventory;
• Ensuring that the store is in order according to company standards;
• Welcoming and assisting customers throughout the sales process;
• Managing customer service and responding to customer concerns and complaints;
• Create daily sales reports;

The ideal candidate

Key Skills Required:

The ideal candidate will be part of a dynamic and youthful workplace.

• Retail experience in the textile sector;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and follow-up skills;
• Hard worker with strong leadership and a multitask person;
• Ability to prioritise work load;
• German, English and any additional languages.
