We are currently recruiting for a Front Office Patient Administrator for a client of ours, an Italian company based in London.

 

About the Job

Main activities and responsibilities: 

  • open and close the center;
  • provide patients with support and guidance as needed;
  • process payments;
  • schedule appointments between doctors and patients;
  • adhere to policy and procedures during all activates.
  • assist with admissions/treatment as per agreed protocols;
  • complete accurate documentation and reports.

Key skills required:

  • innovative thinking with strong conceptual and problem-solving skills;
  • strong organizational, administrative, and planning skills;
  • ability to work under pressure and react effectively to emergency situations;
  • passionate about healthcare excellence.
