Main activities and responsibilities:
- fabricate high-quality stone for kitchen and bathroom countertops and other bespoke stone products;
- responsible for quality and output and delivering on time;
- establish effective communication in the workshop;
- other duties as assigned;
- accountable to Company Director.
- participate in in-house training;
- develop and maintain product knowledge.
The ideal candidate
Key skills required
- experience in the stone industry essential;
- CNC Operator & Programmer experience desirable;
- CAD knowledge and experience desirable;
- highly motivated to produce quality products and service;
- compliance with all Health and Safety regulations.
- full driving license essential;
- fork truck training desirable;
- ability to lift heavy weights;
- must be willing to work a flexible schedule.
Salary package: £32,000 – £40,000 per year
Usual working hours will be between 8am – 5:30pm from Monday to Friday.
Occasional weekday overtime and weekend work may be required in exceptional circumstances.
