Key Activities and Responsabilities:
We are looking to recruit new talents to join our growing business. The person has to have the experience and the required skills to take responsibility for the following activities:
• Deliver excellent customer service;
• Target driven and motivated;
• Provide an outstanding customer service, driving, maximizing sales and building customer loyalty;
• Develop his team by giving clear directions;
• Communicate on the brand image and business goals;
• Maintain store standards and ensure the companies guidelines are followed anytime;
• Reach sales goals and work on all administrative topics in direct relationship with his store manager and head office.
The ideal candidate
Key Skills Required:
• A fashion-enthusiastic person, with a significant experience (2 to 5 years) within a high-end brand;
• Knowledge of traditional KPIs and willingness to improve;
• Hard-worker and a guide for his team.
