We are currently looking for an Assistant Store Manager based in Metzingen, Germany on behalf of our Italian client: an Italian ready-to-wear fashion house for women.

About the Job

Key Activities and Responsabilities:

• Responsible for a pivotal store and its day-to-day retail operations along with the store manager;
• Personnel management;
• Providing training to your team;
• Lead the team in an engaging and challenging way to provide excellent service;
• Providing training to your team;
• Help achieve and exceed business goals;

The ideal candidate

Key Skills Required:

• Previous management experience in the Fashion sector;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to lead a team;
• Problem-solving skills, curiosity and interest in Fashion;
• Local and English language required, plus Italian language is a bonus.
